Q: How do I book my travel to/from Salzburg?

Q: What are the rooms like at the Schloss?
A: All rooms will be single-occupancy with either a single or double bed and a private bathroom. For more information on the lodging at the Schloss, please click here.

Q: How do I secure an Austrian visa?
A: All participants are responsible for securing their own visas. If your require a visa to visit Austria please contact us and we will send you a formal letter to be given to the embassy or consulate nearest to you.

Q: How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
A: The best option to get from the airport to the hotel in Salzburg is to take taxi. It should take about 10 minutes and cost about 12 Euro.

Q: What meals will be covered by aids2031?
A: You will receive all meals from dinner/reception on Sunday, 29 March 2009 to breakfast on Thursday, 2 April 2009. There will also be a special candle-lit dinner in the castle on the final night of the workshop.

Q: I have a claim for a reimbursement. How do I receive this reimbursement?
A: Much like a per diem above, you must provide the following information:
     -          Fill out the “Travel Expense” form
     -          Indicate your reimbursement payment preference on the “Travel Expense” form.  If you prefer to receive a check (USD) please check the appropriate box.  If you prefer to receive a foreign wire, complete and submit a “Foreign Wire Transfer Request” form.  Please note that a $35 bank fee will be deducted from the reimbursement claim amount for all foreign wire transfers. 
    -          Complete, sign and return a W8-BEN form (Non US citizens only)
    -          Complete , sign, and return a W9 form (US citizens only)
    -          Provide a copy of  your passport photo ID page
